Katherine Pocha maintains a general practice and is particularly interested in criminal defence and family law.  She appears regularly in the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan.

Ms. Pocha joined Little & Company LLP in May 2016 as an articling student after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan.  She was called to the bar in 2017.

While in law school, Ms. Pocha completed a semester in the Intensive Criminal Law Practicum in Saskatoon.  She completed an internship with a focus on mediation at the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission in Saskatoon, as well as an internship with the Legal Aid Scheme in Ghana, West Africa (operated by the United Nations Development Project and UNICEF). 

Ms. Pocha worked as a research assistant to Dr. Dwight Newman at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and has volunteered with the Public Legal Education Association of Saskatchewan and CLASSIC (Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City).

Ms. Pocha is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Saskatoon Bar Association, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association.
