Pam Wayman is a criminal defence lawyer in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2026.

Pam’s interest in criminal law developed alongside her studies in psychology, sociology, criminal behaviour, and human development. This background informs her understanding of the many factors that can bring a person into contact with the criminal justice system, including mental health, addiction, trauma, family dynamics, and broader social circumstances.

Pam began working with Little & Company before law school, giving her early and sustained exposure to criminal law before she entered practice. She has since worked closely with Brent Little throughout law school, articles, and practice, gaining experience across the criminal process, including bail hearings, sentencing hearings, Charter applications, resolution discussions, and trials in Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench across Saskatchewan.

Pam has worked on a broad range of criminal matters, from thefts, assaults, impaired driving and refusal matters to domestic violence allegations, firearm-related offences, drug possession and trafficking matters, dangerous offender proceedings, and homicide files. She also assisted with the development and delivery of the Drinking and Driving course at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law.

Pam brings a compassionate, non-judgmental, and practical approach to her practice. She is committed to protecting her clients’ rights through careful preparation, clear communication, and strong advocacy, while ensuring clients understand the process, their options, and feel supported throughout.
